    We know how important a fast repair service is so we work hard to offer all of our customers a quick and premium repair service where possible. We offer screen repairs from as little as 30 minutes!

  • Q: What is the quality of the repair?

    At each of our stores, our in-house fully qualified and friendly team of technicians offer an extensive repair and unlocking service on overall leading smartphones and tablets. We guarantee the highest professional standards when it comes to replacement parts and repair work on any device.

  • Q: Does my repair come with warranty?

    All screen repairs come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty and Battery repairs come with a 3-month warranty. We guarantee the highest professional standards when it comes to replacement parts and repair work on any device. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • Q: Why do you need my my PIN or ID?

    Our technicians need to verify that the device is in full working order. They undergo a series of tests that include touch sensitivity and camera. At no time they would access your personal information or intrude on your privacy.

  • Q: What should I do before handing over my device?

    Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings beforehand for security purposes.
