WHAT OUR SCREEN WARRANTY COVERS
We only use authentic Samsung and Huawei parts. For Apple Repairs, we only use a Premium, 99% likeness to the original.
This is so you are getting the best quality materials and expert craft to carry out your repair.
Our warranty guarantees the quality, workmanship and functionality of your Screen Repair.
If you encounter any issues after you've had your Screen replaced by us, please always return to your nearest PAIR Mobile location as the first port of call and our techs will take a second look for you.
If you have already done this, reach out to us at customercare@pairmobile.ie so that we can help you. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the quality or workmanship of your repair, we’ll take a second look and replace it for free.
We are happy to say that we are all humans, and naturally, with that comes a degree of human error. We can and do (sometimes) make mistakes! Please do not suffer in silence if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your repair, simply return to the PAIR Store and we will re-book your device for a second look.
WHAT OUR SCREEN WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
While our Screen Warranty comes free as standard, this covers the work completed and our Repairs Service.
Our Screen Warranty does not cover any of the following;
- Subsequent Third Party Work to any previous repair
- Accidental Damage
- Physical Damage (eg. dropping, scrapes, cracks)
- Water Damage
- Structural Damage (eg, bending or warping of the device)
If bad luck strikes and you damage your phone again, please pop in and we will look after your device for you again.

If you encounter any issues after you've had your Battery replaced by us, please return to your nearest PAIR Mobile location and our techs will take a second look for you.

Drop into the PAIR Mobile where your Smartphone Screen or Battery was repaired and our staff will check for you.
Alternatively, contact us below with your full name and mobile number. We will need your Invoice Number or Order Number so please have it handy.
Under Data Protection, we will not be able to check any warranty digitally if it is not under your name or the repair carried out was not for you personally. This includes children from the age of 16.
