We offer a free Click & Collect service from any of our 8 Irish stores (Dublin, Cork & Limerick), open 7 days.
How it works:
- Simply select your nearest store from the delivery options on the checkout page.
- Complete your purchase.
- Thereafter, you will receive a call* or email when your order is ready for collection (1 - 3 days).
Note: a phone # is optional at checkout. If you do not provide a phone # you will receive an email.
Collection Time
- Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be available to collect in 24 - 48 hours.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday can take 48 - 72 hours.
Note: please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 14 days. After that time, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Order Verification
If you are collecting your order yourself, or if someone collects it on your behalf, the following documentation is required:
- A copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ e-mail, either printed or displayed on your phone / tablet.
- The payment card that you used to purchase the item(s).
- Photographic ID ~ accepted:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Employer photo ID
- Student photo ID from a third level college
All online phone purchases are verified with a €1 Chip & PIN charge in store, from the same card that was used to make the purchase online. This is refunded once the transaction clears.
