How does your Diagnostics service work?
Our Diagnostics service works as follows:
- You book online, & bring your device in-store.
- One of our expert repair technicians inspects your device.
- Upon inspection, we explain what is wrong with your device.
- We give you a quote for the necessary repair work.
- If you agree to the quote, we proceed to repair your device.
- In this situation, we do not charge the diagnostics fee.
- If you don't want to repair your device, or wish to repair it elsewhere, we offer the standalone diagnostics service for €19.99 (online offer).
What is the difference between iPad LCD & Glass Repair?
The LCD is under the glass. If the LCD is broken, we take off the glass & replace the LCD. We then put the glass back on. If the glass is broken, but the LCD is operating as normal underneath, we only replace the glass. If both are broken, both have to be replaced.
Can I book a battery replacement if my screen is damaged?
Please note that we do not attempt battery or small part(s) repairs if a screen is damaged. If your screen is damaged, please also book a screen replacement.

Does my repair include a warranty?
All screen repairs include a comprehensive, 12-month warranty. Battery repairs include a 3-month warranty.

Why do you need my PIN or ID?
Our technicians need to verify that the device is in full working order. To do so, they perform a series of tests such as touch sensitivity, camera function, etc. At no time do they access your personal information or intrude on your privacy.
What should I do before handing over my device?
Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is best practice to back-up your device, & reset it to factory settings beforehand for security purposes.
