WHAT NOT TO DO❌

Do not place your Galaxy in Rice ❌- against what you may have seen online, rice does not help with Water Damage! It just makes a mess.
- Do not place your Galaxy in a Plastic Bag ❌ (or any air-tight container which is not made of a breathable material.
- Do not place your Galaxy near a heat source to dry ❌ Leave your rads out of it! Never put your phone near heat to dry it out.

- Carefully disassemble the components of your phone
- Safely slow dry your phone and the individual parts
- For salt-water and unsanitary water spills- we will treat the parts to prevent corrosion and also to disinfect.
- Assemble the device and test for possible further damage

IP RATINGS & WATER DAMAGE
Samsung Galaxy S Series Models Rating- IP68 IEC standard 60529*
All Samsung Galaxy S Models manufactured from the Galaxy S7 (2016) and after, will have a Rating of IP68. For older models, please check your specific A Model specifications.
Once a device has encountered any type of Water Damage and needs to be opened - the initial IP Rating will be compromised and cannot be restored.
Regardless of your phone's IP Rating; no device is fully waterproof.
