For Urgent Repairs, always call ahead for an accurate time for your specific needs! Our Stores can check stock availability and give you an accurate time turn-around if you need an urgent repair.
SCREEN REPAIRS
Screen Repairs Times above are reflective where;
- The Store has the Screen in Stock
- Repair Technicians are at Average Capacity
- The Repair has been checked in before 1pm
You can reasonably expect minor delays on turn-around times during peak business hours; lunchtime rush and the weekends. The best way to get a true estimate is to speak to your local PAIR Mobile Store.

BATTERY REPAIRS
Battery Repairs Times above are reflective where;
- The Store has the Battery in Stock
- Repair Technicians are at Average Capacity
- The Repair has been checked in before 2pm

MY LOCAL PAIR STORE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART I NEED
If you Book a Repair Online and your preferred location does not have the part you need in that location; we will ship in the part from the closest location.
This will normally add a lead-time of 3-5 business days (county dependent) until the part is received at the location you've chosen for repair.
Not all Stores carry all parts for every single device repair at all times, so if you find this happens to you: we will ship in the part required at no extra cost to you.
