HOW DO I BOOK A REPAIR ONLINE?
Booking a repair online couldn't be easier! You can now book a repair from PAIR Mobile in 3 Easy Steps.
1. Pick your Repair
Find your device from our repairs page here at pairmobile.ie/repairs. Once you've selected your device, simply choose the repair you need from the drop-down menu.
Can't see the repair you need or you're not sure? Contact us here and we'll be happy to advise.
Once you're happy you have your correct device and repair sorted, simply add this to your basket and choose your closest PAIR Mobile location for drop-off.
This option will be given to you in your basket.
Click on the grey 'Choose a Store Location' button to pick your closest PAIR Mobile store.
3. Drop it Off
Drop your device into your chosen location for repair.
I'VE BOOKED IN A REPAIR ONLINE. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Once you have paid for your repair online, you will receive a Confirmation email.
Simply bring in your device to your chosen PAIR Mobile location and show your Confirmation email at the till point.
Our repair techs will look after the rest.
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY PIN NUMBER?
Every repair at PAIR Mobile goes through a rigorous checklist of tests that your device needs to 'pass' before we certify it ready for collection.
To perform the full roster of tests, we highly recommend that you give us your PIN number so that we perform the checks so we can perform the repair to the highest standard.
If you choose not to disclose your PIN, we cannot guarantee your repair as we cannot complete all our our required checks.
HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIR TAKE?
Good news! 90% of repairs can be performed on-site in less than 24 hours.
Here are some common repairs and how long they take;
SCREEN REPLACEMENTS - 1 hour or less
BATTERY REPLACEMENTS - 30 minutes or less
If you pop into any of our stores, most repairs can be performed on the same day and you will receive it back within an hour or two. (Depending on Repair and how busy the store is)
If the techs assess the device and the repair takes over 24 hours to complete, you will be told and given an estimate of how long this will take.
For example, Motherboard repairs and certain laptop repairs can take a week or more to complete to standard. If we need to order in a specific part, this will affect the turn-around time also.
WHAT DO I CHOOSE IF I DON'T KNOW WHY MY DEVICE WON'T WORK?
Phone acting up and you haven't a clue why?
We have an option for our techs to assess and diagnose the issue for you.
Once you have your device picked, scroll down through the drop-down menu and choose 'Other Issue (Diagnostics)'
Once our techs receive the device, they will run a diagnostic so they can ascertain the specific part that is causing the issue.
Once this is identified, our techs will advise you over email, phone or in person what the next steps will be. You have full control on whether you want to proceed or not. We operate with full transparency to the customer and make sure you fully understand the issue and cost before we begin the final repair to fix the issue.
WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY DEVICE ONLINE?
If you don't see your specific device listed on our repairs page, that does not mean we cannot fix it for you in-store.
PAIR Mobile can perform most walk-in repairs, regardless of the device brand or age.
If we don't have the part for your repair in-store we will happily order in the part if it available.
