What if you don't have the Part?

If we don't carry the part you need to repair your device, we can check to see if we can Order the Part for you.

If you would like to enquire about this service- simply drop into your local PAIR Mobile with your device and our Repair Technicians can place an Parts Order Request in for you.

Our technicians will assess the device and confirm the part needed.

Our technicians will assess the device and confirm the part needed. Our technicians can then source and price the best option for the specific part required. This may take a few minutes or a few hours, depending on the availability of each part.

Just leave your contact information with your preferred PAIR Mobile store and we will be in touch once we’ve sourced the best option for your device repair.

Once a Part is sourced, our technicians will always offer you;

  • PRICE – total of the part including labour (approximate values can sometimes be given on more unique models)
  • TIME – it will take to receive the part in your preferred PAIR Mobile Store

We will never place an Order without your full knowledge and understanding of the time and cost to carry out the repair.

How do I Order a Part?

We will always give you the cost and time required to carry out your unique repair before we carry out any work or place an order. If you are happy to proceed, simply confirm your Order over the phone or in-person with your PAIR Store.

Our technicians will then place the Parts Order for you.

How much is the Deposit?

To Order in a specific part, PAIR Mobile will request a small deposit be placed against the cost of your repair.

SCREEN (PHONE) DEPOSIT €20-€150 (Model dependent)

BATTERY (PHONE) DEPOSIT €10-€30 (Model dependent)

IPAD DEPOSIT €100-€300 (Model & Parts dependent)

LAPTOP DEPOSIT €100-€400 (Model & Parts dependent)

Any deposits placed against a Parts Order will be deducted from your total Repair Cost on completion.

Deposits are non-refundable.

For example

You place a Parts Order for a Redmi A1 Screen for a Screen Replacement which is €69.00 total.

You put down a €20.00 Screen Deposit.

Your final Invoice total at the end of your repair will be €49.00. (€69.00 Cost - €20 deposit = €49.00)

How long does it take?

We source our Parts from multiple international manufactures across both Europe and Asia. As such, delivery times can vary depending on the part ordered, the availability (or scarcity) of the part and of course, the source.

Orders can take between 4 - 12 working days to be received in the Store for repair.

Our technicians will give you a more accurate estimate on a case-by-case basis.

 Are the Parts Authentic?

As standard, all our Parts ordered and used in PAIR Mobile are 100% Authentic, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Apple Parts are not available for resale, so unless otherwise stated; all our Apple Repairs use a Grade A, Premium Part. Our Parts carry at least a 90% likeness to the original Apple counterpart in terms of aesthetic, functionality and performance.

What if I change my mind after I placed the Order?

If for whatever reason you have placed a Parts Order with PAIR Mobile and you no longer wish to get the device repaired or you simply change your mind: you are not obliged to complete the repair.

 However, if you placed a Deposit with us to order the part, this will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

When will I know the Part has come in?

Always leave both a contact number and an email address to make sure our staff can contact you once the part has been received in-store.

If you have already left your device with us, our technicians will repair your device as soon as the item has come in.

If you have the device at home, we will contact you to return to your preferred PAIR Mobile Store at your nearest convenience to get your repair sorted.
