Store Return Policy
Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, PAIR Mobile does not offer Refunds on non-faulty merchandise or any product under 'change of mind' where it has been found to be unsuitable.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If an item is Faulty
If you have purchased a product and found it to be faulty, please return the item with your proof of purchase to the store in question as soon as possible.
Where an item has been found to be faulty, you will be refunded via the original method of payment used. If you used a PAIR Mobile Gift Card to purchase the item, the refund will be processed onto a new PAIR Mobile Gift Card for you.
For any goods or services purchased in our stores, please always keep a copy of your receipt for your records. If for any reason you were not furnished with a receipt at any tillpoint, please reach out to email@example.com
To process refunds in stores, management will need a proof of purchase. This may be in the form of an original receipt or bank statement whereas the transaction shows the purchase in question, including the date and Store location.
Repairs & Refunds
Wherein you have paid for a Repairs Service in the store and you experience any sort of issue with it, please return as soon as possible to the store in question.
Almost all of our Repairs performed in the Stores come with a warranty on our workmanship so our techs will be more than happy to take a second look at your phone, tablet or laptop.

If your device has a noted issue which our techs have advised you to fix and you choose not to take the advice, PAIR Mobile will not be held reliable if your device does not perform to standard.
