Hurray! We are running smoothly. All orders (including Click & Collect Orders) are averaging 2-5 working days to be delivered.
WHEN WE SHIP
All Online orders (including Click & Collect Orders) are normally processed Monday through Friday.
Warehouse does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
We bee on Team UPS Ireland since 2017 and moved over to use them exclusively for our website orders since 2021.
UPS provide the most up-to-date information for their customers, including check in, and out to delivery notifications. They are a trustworthy, fast and reliable service that we will continue to use into the future.
To be able to receive their amazing up-to-date notifications on your order, please opt-in to delivery updates at the checkout.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE AN UPDATE?
Once an Order has been packaged safely and is ready for collection, we will add a unique 18 digit Tracking Reference from our Shipping Providers at UPS.
Your Tracking Reference may look like this - 1ZY4525A1222400000
If you have placed an order for delivery- make sure that you opt-in to receive your UPS Shipping updates at the checkout- this way you can keep up to date on your parcel every step of the journey. You can choose to be updated by SMS or EMAIL.
Please note that your data will only used for the purpose of updating you in regards to your Order and does not mean you have opted in to Marketing.
If you do not opt-in, you may not automatically receive these updates from our shipping provider.
MY TRACKING SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT
The #1 reason for this is that your order may have been left with a close neighbour or other adult at your shipping address.
Please check with everyone at the direct Delivery Address AND with your nearest neighbour before you reach out.
If your order has been found to be undelivered, or otherwise lost when it has been labelled as 'DELIVERED' you will need to raise a Ticket with UPS. You can do this by clicking the link below:

PAIR Mobile accepts no responsibility where as a package has been lost due to incorrect or unclear shipping address being given at the checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CLICK & COLLECT IS READY?
Once your elected Store has received your Click & Collect Order, they may contact you by calling you on your mobile phone or by emailing you.
We will use the contact information you used at the checkout to contact you.
CAN I CONTACT THE STORE?
If you have placed a CLICK & COLLECT Order and are concerned that your order as been impacted by a Delivery Delay- please contact the Store directly with your Order Number for reference.
