Changed your mind?

Don’t worry - you can return any product from your online order within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If your item does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us in an unused, un-opened, re-saleable condition for a refund. 

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product for refund in any of our PAIR Mobile locations or by return shipping. 

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used or otherwise rendered as unsuitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This is in full accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive 2011.

REPAIRS SERVICE POLICY

If you booked a repair online you have 60 days from the date of purchase to drop-off your device for the required service. After this date, we will refund your order in full as a service unrendered.

If you booked a repair and have since found you no longer require the service or feel that you may have made a mistake, please reach out to us at customercare@pairmobile.ie 

REPAIRS WARRANTY

PAIR Mobile does not offer refunds on services rendered.

We offer a FREE warranty on all of our Screen and Battery Repairs both online and in-stores. If you would like to know more about our Free warranty offered on our repairs, please read about our Repairs Warranty here. 

In the rare exception you experience any issue with a repair that you booked online or dropped into any PAIR Mobile location, reach out to us immediately at customercare@pairmobile.ie We are here to help!

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

  • Fill out the Return Form and include it with your item/s.
  • Make sure your item is in original, saleable condition and packaged appropriately.

OPTION 1

  • Drop-off your item in any PAIR Mobile location for FREE. Please note that refunds for online order can only be processed through the original method of payment. This may take a day or so depending on your bank. Online orders cannot be refunded at the till-points in store.

OPTION 2

  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box or packaging.
  • Post your return back to us. (Local postage rates apply)
  •  Please opt for a tracked option. PAIR Mobile will accept no responsibility for lost and or damaged items in the post. Always keep your receipt for reference.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will fully reimburse you for any return shipping costs. Please retain your proof of postage and opt for a tracked option. PAIR Mobile accepts no responsibility for any lost/damaged orders in the post.
