We offer a FREE Click & Collect Service on any order placed on PAIR Mobile.ie.

No minimum purchase price, no limits, no fuss!

We have 6 locations nationwide, 3 in Dublin, 1 in Cork and 1 in Limerick. All 6 locations are open 7 days a week for Essential Repair Services, so you can choose whatever location suits you best.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. At the checkout, click the ‘Choose a Store Location’ button.
  2. Select from one of the 6 available Store Locations and checkout.
  3. We will email or call you when your order is ready to be collected.

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY TO BE COLLECTED?

Please note, the Order Confirmation email is NOT a verification that your order is ready for collection.

Once your order is ready, we will call* or email you to let you know.

*If you didn’t provide an optional contact number, we will notify you using the email address you used to make the order

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Click & Collect orders are normally ready in 1-3 days.

We will email or call you when your order is ready.

  • Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be available to collect in 24 - 48 hours.
  • Orders placed Friday - Sunday can take 48 - 72 hours.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE HELD?

We will hold your order at your chosen location for a maximum of 14 days.

If you do not collect your order after 14 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

WHAT DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Before you collect your order, please check that you have received your ‘Ready to Collect’ email to avoid disappointment.

Simply pop into your elected store and provide the following information;

  • Show your ‘Ready to Collect’ email as proof of collection
  • The card you used to purchase the order (or provide the last 4 digits)
  • Any form of photo ID

CAN I ELECT SOMEBODY TO COLLECT IT FOR ME?

Of course you can! Make sure the person you have elected to collect on your behalf has a copy of the ‘Ready to Collect’ email to show to staff in-store.

We will not release an order to anyone who is not the intended recipient without verification.

Please be aware for security reasons, the person collecting the order on your behalf may be asked to verify the order and provide;

  • Your full name
  • The Billing address used for the order
  • The last 4 digits of the card used for the order

WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY A PHONE PURCHASE?

If you purchase a New or Refurbished phone online and want to collect it from our stores, we will ask you to verify the order with a small, refundable transaction.

All Click & Collect Phone purchases are verified with a €1 Chip & PIN charge in store. This must be from the same card that was used to place the order.

 This is fully refunded once the transaction clears.
