If for whatever reason at all you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your repair- we’ll take a second look absolutely free.
If we've made a mistake, and believe me, I am very happy to say we are all humans here: we will fix the job at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Did you know that all our Samsung brand repairs only use genuine, original parts?
Thankfully, we source all our Samsung parts from genuine parts dealers.
Although it may seem like a small thing, knowing that your Samsung device is being repaired with an original part is just that extra assurance on the quality and performance of your device.
Who wouldn’t want the very best for their device?
You can rest easy knowing that your most prized possession is getting the 5 star treatment.
4. ALL APPLE REPAIRS USE GRADE A, LIKE-FOR-LIKE PARTS
Did you know that Apple do not resell their parts?
Apple are unique in that they make their devices in a way to prohibit Third Party Repairs, or at least, make it super difficult. This is why they recommend you only get them repaired by them or an authorized Apple Repair location.
The difficult process of trying to get an official Apple repair only serves to make sure that their margins stay high and more importantly, keep you replacing, rather than repairing your Apple device.
Hence why Apple repairs always bring a wealth of questions. What makes a good Apple repair rather than a poor Apple repair, if we don’t use Apple parts in the first place?
Well the answer lies in the quality.
When we source parts for Apple devices, we grade and test every single piece. Every single part we use for repairs have been through a battery of tests to make sure that they are fit for purpose and are of the high standard we expect of ourselves.
All our parts for Apple devices need to pass our quality checks and tests to be graded as 99% likeness to the original.
Only parts that pass this are then ordered into our stores to be used in your Apple devices.
To hammer this home, we currently don’t have iPhone 12 Screen Repairs. Seems silly right? Considering the iPhone 13 series is out. Why miss out on this?
The truth is that we have not found a like-for-like part that meets our standards. We refuse to stock any part that we can’t stand behind and refuse to drop our standards to meet demand.
